Curry County is proud to host its first Cyber Security Summit on May 13-15, 2025, bringing together leaders from local government, special districts, and cybersecurity experts to address the increasing dangers posed by cyberattacks.
With special districts such as water, fire, health, education, and ports becoming prime targets for cybercriminals, the summit aims to equip leaders with knowledge and tools to safeguard critical infrastructure. Representatives from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will present on pressing cybersecurity challenges and practical solutions.
